"Loom for the most part is reliable"

What do you like best about Loom? I love that Loom is a free resource that allows me to record quick tutorials for my clients along with screen share features. The customer service is by email only, but they reply fast. What do you dislike about Loom? I've only had one problem where there was an error when I recorded the video. "Great for Teaching How to Do Tasks"

What do you like best about Loom? Loom is useful for helping remote team members understand somewhat complex tasks with ease without having to schedule a meeting to explain the task. Especially if you are asynchronous. What do you dislike about Loom? Paid versions of the loom app are unnecessarily expensive. What problems is Loom solving and how is that benefiting you? Asynchronous work.

What do you like best about Loom? I like using its free version as we are allowed to take videos and even capture the screen or both when creating a report. I usually had to create a video during times when clients ask for us to create videos using this app. I guess most possibly these clients are also customers of this application as they wouldn't ask their employees to use this certain app unless they've proven its use of this certain app. What do you dislike about Loom? "Faster than a call, more helpful than an email"

What do you like best about Loom? I love how I can quickly show my clients how to do something or what I'm seeing in their account without having to take a million screenshots or play calendar tetris. What do you dislike about Loom? Sometimes the dropdown toggles are a little finicky (I'll select no camera and then it'll revert to having the camera turned back on) and occasionally I have to uninstall/reinstall to fix various glitches. What do you like best about Loom? I like how fast I can create a video, edit and share with my collegues. What do you dislike about Loom? I forget how to stop the record when finished which leads me to have to edit the clip down. Its not that big of a deal though. What problems is Loom solving and how is that benefiting you? "Great for short, technical product demos/explanations - eliminating need for calls or long emails."

What do you like best about Loom? UI is super slick, easy to record, and enables you to track who's viewing the video. What do you dislike about Loom? No particular downsides. Not sure about the granularity of video view notifications. Assuming some people use incognito and this limits optics. What problems is Loom solving and how is that benefiting you? It has helped me in sales, sharing brief product videos both externally and internally with product training/education.
