"No brainer. It just works!"
What do you like best about Loom? Ease of use, flexible applications, and a library to organize my content. What do you dislike about Loom? Sharing and transferring ownership of videos. I'd like a Google-Docs-like feature that allows me to designate a new owner and execute it. What problems is Loom solving and how is that benefiting you? Conveying a complex message about how to configure software. Custom training videos.

"Loom Has Elevated Remote Training!"
What do you like best about Loom? Loom allows me to record any step-by-step procedure, edit it, and quickly send a URL to people on my team. The ease of use of the Chrome app also makes it's very simplistic to turn on/off as needed. What do you dislike about Loom? "Easy, effective, training tool"
What do you like best about Loom? I love the ease of using Loom. All I have to do is click a button and I am able to instantly create a screen capture training video to send to my team. What do you dislike about Loom? There's nothing I can say I dislike about the platform-- it's been really awesome! What problems is Loom solving and how is that benefiting you? "An excellent productivity tool that makes providing context simple"
What do you like best about Loom? Sharing context is quite difficult via textual modalities. Loom allows me to do it effectively with videos. What do you dislike about Loom? The software is relatively immature and can be improved significantly from a UX standpoint What problems is Loom solving and how is that benefiting you? Sharing engineering context is the primary use case I have. This includes product demos, feature demos and PR reviews

What do you like best about Loom? Loom is a personalized way to provide direction and support to my customers. It allows for clear and concise training. What do you dislike about Loom? Slightly buggy when using the widget but I can eventually get it to work What problems is Loom solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Loom? Saves me SO much time sending out an email and I can do tech walk thrus while explaining What do you dislike about Loom? There may be one, but having a chrome extension What problems is Loom solving and how is that benefiting you? being in Customer Success and tying together strategy & tech walk thru's - this allows me to provide value and reduce any confusion and unessary backs/forth
