"Customer Experience Training"
What do you like best about Loom? I have been using Loom to create videos to use in Training. I love that I can edit and combine videos if needed. What do you dislike about Loom? I would like to be able to edit audio as well as video. I have to use a different tool for that. What problems is Loom solving and how is that benefiting you? Loom allows me to record not only my screen but audio which allows me to show my team members what I am doing.

"We love Loom!"
What do you like best about Loom? The ease of quickly recording what I'm doing and sharing it with my colleagues. What do you dislike about Loom? I don't like that it defaults to my camera being on. I almost never want my face in the recording! What problems is Loom solving and how is that benefiting you? We all learn differently and for me I am a visual learner, and visual teacher. It has done wonders in onboarding others to my team and increasing information retention

What do you like best about Loom? It's easy to record videos and edit them. The commenting is intuitive and fun (I like how emoji reactions are visible on the video timeline). What do you dislike about Loom? I wish there were more ways to organize the videos I've created, perhaps with tags? I know they've made improvements in this area recently, though. What problems is Loom solving and how is that benefiting you? Sharing information asychronously. Collecting feedback on designs.

On a Mac, you sometimes have to reset all your privacy settings before you can use. What do you like best about Loom? Easy to use and offers the ability to share your screen, camera and voice at the same time. Was helpful in creating welcome videos for new staff and also in sharing instructional videos. What do you dislike about Loom? When you are trying to share only your screen and no camera, the camera block gets in your way so you cannot see your screen to effectively manuever. What do you like best about Loom? Loom is easy to use and easy to share with customers. What do you dislike about Loom? Honestly, its super easy to use, I wish there was a way to merge videos together or edit the videos. What problems is Loom solving and how is that benefiting you? Whenever I cannot reach a client, its nice to have a video to send over to them.

What do you like best about Loom? I LOOVEEE loom. I love the comments / likes that you can leave on each video. Love that when you mess up you can split the clip out. "Quick, Easy, and Perfect for Training on the Fly!"
What do you like best about Loom? I really like the Google Chrome extension. It makes it very easy for me to start recording a video without having to login to the Loom platform. I don't have to schedule a time to record - I can just record whenever I'm ready! What do you dislike about Loom? Right now, our team is on one of the plans that is limited to 5-minute recordings. What do you like best about Loom? that it's quick and easy and can be put into email easily. What do you dislike about Loom? sometimes it glitches and lags and this is disrupting. Recommendations to others considering Loom: look at the functionality. What problems is Loom solving and how is that benefiting you? I am not sure on this one.
