Remarkable customer service
The multiple times I have done something stupid, and jumped the gun expecting the worst out of any company and assumed it was something on their end, they have consistently shown me the errors of my ways and in a way that is so incredibly polite. I can't say enough in their favor. I have unlimited edits and downloads of my logo and believe me, it comes in handy. Misleading platform after you purchase…
Misleading platform after you purchase what you expected to be a full package with all the templates that they advertise before the purchase. (Social media, business cards, invoices, communication templates, etc)After you purchase (I got the enterprise/ business package) they will upsell you a monthly subscription for you to have access to that full templates package. great logos, easy to tweak. highly recommend
found a great logo almost immediately, then upgraded to the monthly option so we could continue to tweak it. comes with a TON of premade banners, headers, socials etc.

very poor quality horrible, you can't even see the logo well, it was the most wasted money of my life, the truth is that it disappointed, I want my money back I sent many direct messages and sent a photo to see the poor quality

Fast and very friendly support on a sunday. By mistake, I bought the wrong logo. I subsequently wrote to the support and 5 minutes later the correct logo was added to my account and I was ready to continue working.
