AMAZING!
AMAZING! I Have been using this platform before it changed into looka . I had an previous logo created and was reassured I will not lose anything.. Looka even credited my account so I could make any necessary changes to my existing logo ! They are amazing ! Always ready to help when you need it . They answered my questions fast and always give great custom service.

Paid Logo app with no limit on after sale modifications
Tried tons of Logo apps out there. Some free and some paid ones. If you're good with logos without icons, I guess most of these apps out there, pretty much can do the job though most are pretty cliche.Tried the service of few folks on Fiverr but revisions was capped and the back and forth was such a pain!I definitely can't say the same for Looka. big mistake.
I called several times. the system hangs ups automatically. it has been 3 day trying to get my logo downloaded. I had to send a Quote to a client , which I lost. The time I put into the product I genuinely paid for from looka. Terrible service I was trying to support local business.

Really easy to use and download. Love the fact I can play around with colours/fonts etc even after I have purchased the logo.

Nearly Perfect Experience
4 out of 5 mainly because when changing something on the logo it sometimes doesn't download properly. Contacting Customer Services through their messaging chat is easy and the reply is pretty quick and also have the desired outcome.
