Excellent product and customer service
Prior to the service I had read many negative reviews, however, I decided to give it a try since their designs and interface looked great. I can say that we had an extremely positive experience both with the quality of product and customer service. Communication from the company has been almost immediate with fixes and solutions on every turn. We are completely satisfied and will be returning for future services and recommendations. This is and was HANDS DOWN the worst experience of my life, as far as dealing with a company/customer service specialist. These morons call themselves Customer Success Team, and the little jerk off by the name of Jordan was just smackable, god how i wish I could have been in front of him or whatever he identifies as and see if he would be so snarky. long story short, they take forever to get back to you and they want you to go through all these chutes and ladders to get what you already ...

Logo options are great but site is difficult to work with.
Although the logo options were very nice and I did untimely find and design a logo for my business the site was very glitchy and difficult to use. It took twice as long as it should have just to get the site to work and design what I put together. If Looka is able to work those kinks out I would defiantly recommend them.

I had an excellent experience using Looka. I previewed five other sites and they did not produced an image of the quality Looka did. I have recommended them several times in the last two weeks since I bought my package. I will be using Looka again in the near future to design another logo.
