I purchased a brand subscription kit for 1 year and really enjoyed the product, but I did not need the kit after year 1 of starting my business so when my subscription renewed I panicked thinking I would never get my money back. Rip off with a support team that's unhelpful!
Initially, I was happy with the platform. However, when things go horribly wrong, the support team is never there and no matter how many emails I send in, there's no response. If you purchase a logo, you can always modify or re-download it. Initially, my purchased logos worked, but thereafter none of them could be downloaded. Error: File could not be read. Then I noticed that several of my purchases appeared in duplicate, and I raised the matter with the team. Once again, I received no ...

Great Customer Service... Two Years Later
I created some logos a couple of years ago through Looka that I wanted to revise. I had some trouble accomplishing what I wanted, and Frank from customer service was ready, willing and able to jump in and help! I am thrilled with the revised result, and Frank took as much time as needed to make the logo look perfect!

Valuable Design Tool
The real value of this site is their logo design tool. If you're indecisive and not familiar with logo design/design software, like me, then you definitely have something to gain from this service. Keep in mind that you're only getting rights to the logo as a WHOLE, not the individual parts (symbols, fonts - they scrape these from existing databases elsewhere) and refunds are NOT allowed after downloading your package so be absolutely sure BEFOREHAND that you are comfortable paying for the ...
