Professional customised logo designs, with lots of options
The logo design options were very easy to navigate, and it was great to be able to save my favourite designs and come back to them later before making a final choice. The design is professional and of great quality.I found the Brand Kit very resourceful, but not as user-friendly. After contacting their support team, Bonnie helped me out almost immediately. Absolutely first-class Customer Service.

Amazing Logo, Website, and Graphics
Got a great logo, templates for social media, a website, and I can order more business cards whenever I need to. It's honestly the easiest one-stop-shop for branding your business from the start. Highly recommend if you're starting a business and don't know where to look for professional branding! Ps Bonnie provided excellent customer service :)

Great customer service
Great customer service. Response was almost immediate and they took care of the item I was looking to get resolved quickly. Overall I have been very happy with the site tools for creation of company assets. I wish there was a little more flexibility in what format things could be downloaded in, but that has not been a significant impact. The quality of the images and graphics are fantastic. I have been very happy with Looka as my go to source for company marketing materials this past year.

Site crashes too often
I liked the logo I created but the website crashes after making a change such as font or color (if I can even get that far along). Cleared cache/cookies and get one more change completed before it crashes again. This has been going on for at least 4 months. Finally had a chance to try it on my computer thinking it just wouldn't work on my phone and I couldn't even get as far as I could on my phone before the site freezes on my computer (great internet speed, new computer, cleared cache ...
