I couldn’t be more impressed
I couldn’t be more impressed! I purchased the logo kit and the website builder. Logo kit is slick, easy and you are up and running with business cards, flyers, social media templates etc in minutes! Web builder takes a bit of time to figure out if like me you’ve not done this before. But with perseverance I have been able to build a very professional looking 6 page site for a fraction of the cost if I had asked a designer. The company is American based so customer service tends to kick in ...

Had a terrible experience
Had a terrible experience - bought the $20 options and got promised all the logo files. In the end it was just the PNG version which you can´t do anything with. My opinion, look for a free logo maker and enjoy that!

The Customer Service is AMAZING
The Customer Service is AMAZING I purchased a Logo, and as you can´t edit your Company Name after purchase, i contacted Looka as i wanted to put the company letters a little bit different. The whole process didn´t take 10 minutes. As i logged back they changed everything and i was completly satisfied. I will always use this Company for my logos. The support is also out of this world. I want to thank specially to the worker Gilbert.

I made a typo on my design
I made a typo on my design. Not only did they fix it they even adjusted it to be more appealing by cantering it. They did great. Would def use the service again
