Useful and great customer support
This is a great software for designing logos. I do wish there was a little more freedom in the images you can use and that you could combine images. Also there were some issues with the downloaded logos being corrupted but when I contacted customer support, they were very helpful in sending new copies.

Easy platform to use
Easy platform to use. I’ve got an amazing logo for my new business. I accidentally bought my logo twice and Andre from looka got back to me within 24 with an email and refund. What a seamless and brilliant service.

Customer service and website review.
The customer service team at Looka is exceptionally great. I had trouble with my email and password so I thought I lost everything. After talking with Frank at Looka’s customer service he helped me regain my account with no trouble and everything I had Purchased and saved was all there. The website it’s self is one of the first ones I have used that is really straightforward and easy to use.

Awesome platform to design your logo
Awesome platform to design your logo, with real time suggestions and updates, really enjoyed the process as well, I updated the logo hundreds of times with different colors, fonts, backgrounds etc… in less than an hour. Thanks looka!!

Great logos
Great logos, amazing customer service only down side is some of the templates are a bit hard to modify but worth the effort since they do half of the work for you. Strongly recommend!
