Customer service was not up to…
Customer service was not up to standard. Businesses lose money for as long as their website is down; unacceptable with so many other choices about.

Second time I used to create a new logo and I love that I still have my old logo so I can easily adjust and create a refreshed version of it.

Intuitive tool & easy for everyone
I was happy to find Looka to create a logo for our company. Very beautiful patterns, colors and many symbols for use in any field. With no marketing experience, I was very excited and extremely happy with the handcrafted logo.

Had to change letters to an already purchased logo
I created and purchased a logo but had to add an additional letter to the purchased logo. Well, I wasn't allowed to do that. So, I reached out to the customer support staff, was extremely polite, concise on what I needed done, and they told me their policy as to why they didn't allow any changes to logos once they were purchased.Again, as politely as I could, I simply asked if they would do this huge favor for me. They stated that they would authorize a name change for me at no additional ...

I hate that we are not able to rename…
I hate that we are not able to rename or add words. I feel like if I paid for the full kit then that should be offered.
