Terrible service
Terrible service. Put my credit card in its says you haven't completed transaction until login complete. Couldn't remember password however money taken from my account. sent message to messenger took hours to respond I submitted all required details 12 hours ago ! My man Ryan offline for 12 hours ! Can someone please contact me ????????????

Could not edit my purchased logo properly...too many limitations....waste of money....had to go a purchase a logo from somewhere else that has way more editing features.

False advertising
False advertising. It's advertised as offering a free logo design, then you get to the checkout page and they try to charge you. Waste of time.There are also a suspicious number of 5 star reviews here from users who have only written one review. That's always a red flag.

I bought the entire brand package to…
I bought the entire brand package to just get it all done at once - problem is I could spend weeks redesigning lol. The email signatures don't really really work but it's a small thing. For the price its a steal to get branding even for social media done in one place and be able to come back whenever and edit and change,

Awesome customer service!
I went through multiple sites trying to find what I wanted. I was the happiest with Looka but when I got my files they wouldn't open and got numerous error messages. I contacted support and of course they were gone for the weekend and I would have to wait until Monday for someone to get back to me. To my surprise I got an answer right away from Gilbert who took care of my issue immediately. Wow. won me over! I bought multiple products from them since. I wish there was a way to customize a ...
