I bought the Premium package
I bought the Premium package, was charged almost £100, to receive no logo, yet the money has been taken out of my account!I couldn't even log into my account on the Looka website after I purchased it as it said 'user not found.' When I eventually logged in, it said 'you haven't made any logos yet'. Been charged for absolutely nothing and gutted I was totally scammed!

Awesome customer service and great for your business
So I had made a mistake and purchased multiple kits for my one business. Frank made sure that everything was resolved and got me refunded for my mistake. Just be careful to not do the same. I did it from my phone and think using this on a desktop makes it way easier and more user friendly! Its a one stop shop for all your business needs.
