I had a problem regarding the logo i created and made contact with Looka customer services. Ryan replied and within couple of minutes resolved the issue. Super fast, friendly and awesome response.

Highly Recommend, so glad I went with Looka

Easy to use!
The majority of the process is very easy. There are tons of options, if find an option but don’t like the colors you can change them. I really enjoyed the process for most part. The only issue I had was once I purchased the package I changed the colors and still can’t download the new file.

Easy site to use, great customer service
Fast and easy site to use. Had an issue where it said my payment wasn’t going through and when it finally did, three orders had been placed. Reached out to customer service and Leon replied and had my refunds put through in a matter of minutes. Very professional, helpful and quick to help!

I purchased the brand kit subscription but have not received my logo and i can't reach anyone at looka for help
I purchased the brand kit subscription yesterday but as soon as i made the purchase i can't access my logo. There was an issue with signing up to receive my files. The money has been taken out of the account but i can't access anything. I immediately tried to contact looka on their email and online chat and i am still waiting for someone to get back to me.
