Customer Service/Site Review
I was having issues with my login and accessing the bundle I had purchased. Within 5 minutes of sending an email to their contact I received a message from Ryan. He was prompt with his response, knew exactly what the issue was, and had everything fixed all within a short time span. Fantastic customer service! I am new to the site, but thus far I am very impressed with the ease of navigation, and the logo created.

So far my experience has been excellent. I like most of the design options that are provided through your AI graphic services. I have only had one bad experience after one of my purchases. And within 30 minutes, I got not only a response but a solution.

Awesome Guidance by Gilbert
I contacted Looka to help me as I am working on swag for my company. I am not savvy in how to work with graphics or editing of anything. Gilbert was my rep and he had the patience of a saint. I asked lots of questions and asked how to do things and he took screenshots and showed me how and what to do. Now this is what I call amazing customer service. Thank you from Dreinthekitchen!
