We accidentally reset our website which…
We accidentally reset our website which we’d worked on for countless hours. I would give a 5 star but the customer support experience was a bit frustrating with phone systems not working and reply times being long initially. Once looka figured out how to recover our site, it was restored as though we’d never had an issue and very promptly. Very appreciative!

Horrible experience
Horrible experience . paid for the yearly subscription and i did not got access to it . 4 days latter they still not resolved the issue and treated me really bad . refunded only 30 dollars out of 96 i paid . they literally stole my money . Never again

I Wish I Could Rate Looka Higher BUT....
I really wish I could give Looka more stars, but I've had three cases of poor customer service with them when I ran into issues. It's taken several days (in one case a few weeks) before I got a response, which impacted my ability to bring a website online. In another case, I still have an unresolved issue with them after numerous messages asking for help to fix. If they can improve their customer service and responsiveness, then I would say Looka from a logo creation company is great. ...

Disappointed experience
Disappointed experience I bought initial the basic plan with logo kit, I was informed that for e-commerce website for selling products online I will need to upgrade my plan to E-commerce plan, which I did. Now with 2 days before launching my ecommerce online store, I saw that my e-commerce plan is demo mode and I need to purchase another plan with duda which is a partner of them and the cost for the ecommerce plan is another 44 dollars monthly pay.I already build everything and this is a ...

Not able to edit my purchased logo…
You can't edit your purchased logo. Brand kit is terrible. Canva free plan is king for this sh/T.
