Good experience
Frank was super helpful! I was having trouble upgrading my website and he got it sorted out quickly. I do think they should add support after hours for us paying customers but overall I am happy with how quickly I could set up my brand and website.

File corruption
I was having an issue with some of the files being corrupted and Leon very quickly regenerated the files and sent them back to me.

Great value and plenty of option to…
Great value and plenty of option to tweak your design. Downloading the files was a bit clunky however their support team was responsive and all got sorted in the end.
