Good features, easy, fast and friendly to use, not the cheapest, but good value for the connivance that offered. Support staff are very helpful, understanding and effective problem solvers. I feel Looka is an under promised and over delivered service, defiantly compared to its competition who over promise and under deliver. Highly recommended.

Solid refund customer service
Setup a logo last year, and tried to cancel subscription a couple weeks before it renewed. But there must've been a client/server error because I still got charged. Now most businesses make it as hard as possible to get a refund. So I was preparing for a fight.Contacted Looka and they quickly and professionally resolved the issue and refunded me. Great overall experience with the product and the customer service 👌
