I tried several AI logo makers, and this one got me to a really good, workable logo much more quickly than anything else I tried. The second pricing tier kit is worth it if you're building out a web page, FYI.

Great Customer Service
During the checkout process, a glitch occured and I was told the payment had not gone through. No problem the second time I tried to check out. Looking at my bank account on line, it was evident that I had actually been billed twice. I contacted customer service and in just a matter of hours Ryan had resolved the issue, refunding the overpayment.

I heard of Looka recently and when the time came to design a logo for myself, shortly after, I checked them out. I am SO glad I did! The versatility, user-friendliness and service are truly the BEST!!! I have returned since to create two more logos. I'm addicted! Love this product! Loyal customer for life! :D P.S.
