Great Experience and Service
Great experience and service all around. I joined 18 months ago and only have positive things to say about using it so far. The support team has been quick to respond (Ryan is fantastic!) and they have gone out of their way to help whenever needed.

Easy to use
Easy to use, affordable and great customer service if you get stuck! I’m not very tech savvy but was able to use all the options and when I hit a snag, Ryan from customer service resolved my issue very quickly!

Awesome services and support
Awesome services and support! Making my logo was so easy and the download packages for logos had everything I needed. A year later I am still using the original download package for cards and stickers

Simple, effective and cost efficient
It was really simple to create and make a logo with the looka system. We were able to iterate and update the design afterwards as well.

Lots of choices
I tried two different websites to make my own logo and this one was significantly easier and had more choices altogether. It was simple enough to figure out. Some of the variants in fonts/designs were so very small that they weren’t actually visible on a big screen so they could probably be taken out altogether so it doesn’t take as much time to browse through it all. Took me a good 3hrs to come up with one I liked. Price was super reasonable. I contacted the staff regarding something and ...
