Pleasantly surprised.
I've been pleasantly surprised with my whole experience with Looka. As a new business owner, most of the online services I have been sold for various purposes end up being a huge headache, and delivering less than they promise. Looka has been great and very easy to use. I'm not at all tech-savvy, so I've had to message them for help a few times and have always been responded to by a live person who assists me quickly. I definitely recommend this company and so appreciate their people!

I am not computer Savvy to say the least. I thought I lost my original logo and I was going in circles trying to retrieve it. Andray is a super star. As soon as I put in a request for assistance Andray came to my rescue. Not a day went by without an email stating they are working on my issue. All is fixed and I now can work on my business without a hitch.

Great Support and Easy way to create your logo!
The service is really quick and intuitive! In any case, I had messed up my account, I had already paid for the logo and there was no way I could get it back. I asked technical support for help and we solved it in a short time! They are great!
