the logo I got was great
the logo I got was great. But I am writing this review because I didnt know I had subscribed to a renewed subscription. Looka kindly understood that I hadnt used the account and refunded me. I love the text and fonts used; they are very special and unique. The golden color is stunning and adds a touch of elegance. The layout is well-designed and appealing. The icons are decent and complement the overall design nicely.

Helpful customer service & great concept
The customer service is very helpful. Ryan helped me with my issue promptly and I was not waiting for days on end for a response like with some companies. I had made a small error when I went on to purchase my brand kit with the name of my company not being the one I chose to run with, after trying a couple. Ryan was very helpful in allowing me to fix my mistake since I asked so quickly after purchasing. This saved me from a completely empty purchase which I could have understood them ...

LOVE, LOVE LOOKA!
LOVE, LOVE LOOKA! The logo turned out beautiful and the site is so easy to navigate and use. The option to update the logo is amazing as I needed to do that once I was making my website. I love the ability to design myself with awesome tools, make changes as needed all for an amazing price.
