I tried to reset my password and I needed assistance to log in my account. I sent an email and the answer came in no time. Sam helped me to log in my account and reset the password aswell. Very good customer service. Thank you very much Sam and Looka . The website is very good and easy to understand.

Overall I had a great experience
Overall I had a great experience. It was easy to create logos and my website ended up looking gorgeous. I had a tough time with the blog feature but I’m not the most tech savvy individual. Customer service was really amazing (Thanks Sam!). I was charged for an auto renewal that I didn’t want and they refunded me instantly.

Overall I had a great experience
