I wanted to change my logo that I bought few months before, so emailed them about the same. it was July 4 th Holliday , so I thought I have to wait till next working day and guess what? Sam from looka responded and resolved the issue with in minutes . I was more than happy. Thank you Sam . Looka is the best, easiest and flexible logo making platform . Great Customer Service
I had an issue with purchasing the wrong subscription. Looka is offering a 50% discount on packages, and after I bought it, I realized I should have gotten a higher plan. There weren't discounts to upgrade, so I contacted customer service, and they responded quickly. They told me to upgrade and would refund my original purchase, which they did right away. Responsive and great customer service.

Really easy to create logos
Really easy to create logos, and there's a huge range of templates and alterable images, colours, fonts et al. Really reasonable price to buy the logo forever. I did make a typing error and reached out to Customer Services, who replied within a few hours, corrected it and was very professional and friendly.
