Fixed a tiny problem and made a big difference

I had an issue setting up my website and Looka was a great help. Frank took care of my problem a small as it was. I had them take an "s" off one word and add an "s" to a different word in my brand name. I couldn't do it after I paid. Thank you, Frank. It made a big difference for me.

Good customer service compensate internal issue

I was frustrated at first as Looka was unable to resolve internally its backend issues but Sam was helpful and managed to resolve the issue in a short period of time. This is how good customer service can really help to compensate the shortcomings of the internal backend system operation for the company.
