Best Customer Service In A Long Time!!!
Besides we like how easy it was to create a logo and everything which goes with it a while back, we are extremly impressed with their great customer service!! I made a mistake and not turning the auto renewal off and...you guessed it...it renewed:( The same day I wrote to customer service not thinking I would get a positive reply. Only a couple of hours later, the issue was resolved very friendly and competent by Sam. We will definitely use Looka for new project again. 100% recommendation:):):)

I requested a refund for a subscription…
I requested a refund for a subscription plan that auto-renewed and that I don't use. Sam responded immediately to my request and provided a refund. I am still speechless at how quickly my request was resolved because it is not the norm these days. Very easy company to deal with that offers excellent customer service.

I sought a way to make my own logo
I sought a way to make my own logo not realizing companies like Looka were out there! Looka makes it so easy, fun and rewarding! The customer support is top notch. I was feeling so good about the service I was getting, I began to tell them that I really loved the company. Keep up the awesome work!
