What do you like best about LogRocket? The ability to track down bugs by literal session replay. A priceless tool that cuts problem solving time down drastically. What do you dislike about LogRocket? There isn't really much to dislike. This tool has been a game changer for me and the company I work for What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you? LogRocket helps eliminate the time spent guessing whether or not there is actually a bug or the user misinterprets functionality.

"We have log rocket setup for all of our front end apps for session recording and issues monitoring"
What do you like best about LogRocket? being able to easily see how users are using our apps. And being able to quickly create funnels that can give us hints on their experience. What do you dislike about LogRocket? I think that monitoring issues is a bit lacking. I would like to see more features around that. What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you? Help us find issues- both bugs and usebility issues. We are able to be proactive.

When we receive support tickets, it can sometimes be challenging to get on the same page -- a technical team speaks in technical terms, and a regular person uses their own words to describe what's happening. Sometimes, these two languages seem very far apart. Viewing the LogRocket session reduces the amount of back and forth -- and, therefore, reduces aggravation for the customer. What do you like best about LogRocket? Logrocket is a tool we can't live without for: improving our UX experience; debugging user problems in an almost live fashion. Integrating it is ridiculously easy, and then you immediately can watch every user's experience, all the time.
