"LogRocket is cool and can be super helpful."
What do you like best about LogRocket? The replay abilility often gives you insight in the steps the user took to trigger an error. With LogRocket you can reproduce these same steps. What do you dislike about LogRocket? The replays can't be slowed down like half speed or something. What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you? Tracking user actions to reproduce bugs.

"Session replay is a killer feature"
What do you like best about LogRocket? I really like the session replay feature of LogRocket. What do you dislike about LogRocket? The pricing is a bit steep, however the free tier gets you started. What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you? We needed a tool to quickly add session replays to our website.

Sometimes sessions are not fully saved, so we need to use another tool to rewatch the sesion. What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you? Session replays and error tracking help us to understand our product and limitations it has for users.

"Not even close to Hotjar's platform"
What do you like best about LogRocket? It's nice for developers, bad for product people. The recordings are good, but they only last a month and then deleted. What do you dislike about LogRocket? The heatmaps and flows and mobile support are super buggy. Sessions are being missed and not recorded. Heatmaps and flows simply don't work they are super buggy. What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you? Mainly bug tracking, the rest isn't working well.

"Best tool for research/discovery"
What do you like best about LogRocket? Logrocket is my best friend to understand user journey, helping me to find ux problems and opportunities to improve in our product. What do you dislike about LogRocket? Sometimes is hard to find some sessions. Maybe one general filter, without choosing an propertie. What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you? Its helping us to improve our UX in general, but also making easier to find bugs.

Recordings are a bit too bug oriented versus patient experience oriented What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you? User experience and identifying user drop offs
