"Loving experience so far!"

What do you like best about LogRocket? Makes troubleshooting customer issues a breeze. We can easily see what happened and look through Dev tools to help understand the issue. What do you dislike about LogRocket? Nothing so far, I have enjoyed all aspects of LogRocket. What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you? Troubleshooting customer reported issues that we cannot easily recreate.

What do you like best about LogRocket? Being able to see someone's session to diagnose problems. What do you dislike about LogRocket? My issues are more around the people who implemented it at my company need to add more insights and develop dashboards. What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you? We are doing beta tests and I was able to find a session where someone received an error. Because we have session playback I was able to reproduce the issue.

What do you like best about LogRocket? Some things can only be solved when you can actually see what is going on and LogRocket really helps with that. What do you dislike about LogRocket? The basics are there, but there needs to be some fine-tuning when it comes to finding a specific part of a session. What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you? It helps me troubleshoot peoples session issues.
