What do you like best about LogRocket? We just rolled out a complete product rewrite and as many software product owners know, users are not great at communicating issues. Session re-playability is invaluable and LogRocket offers the best experience in comparison to at least 3 other competitors that I have personally used. Session recordings that are tagged with geography information, the ability to create heatmaps, filter conditions - conditions that allow filtering by user, geography, URL, email. What do you like best about LogRocket? Easy to navigate. Convenient filtering options. Ability to skip inactivity What do you dislike about LogRocket? Could be nice to have auto speed control based on events density. What problems is LogRocket solving and how is that benefiting you?
