PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Swift accessiblity for our clients. This makes it possible for our technicians to offer access assistance right away. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? LMI allows our clients to access assistance from our support team in a few minutes. The software allows us to reboot, have root access and even blackout screens for specific processes that base level users are not allowed to use. The tool to copy-paste from our terminal is awesome. Incredibly simple solution for occasional remote desktop use
What do you like best? Very simple interface makes accessing off-site users simple and easy. Unattended access makes it very easy to remote into computers that are at remote locations. LogMeIn Helps me help my peers
What do you like best? I like that I'm able to easily remote into anyone of my coworkers PCs and figure out how to help What do you dislike? Sometimes the application can feel laggy or take a few minutes to establish a connection to the end user's machine. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Our company has locations spread across 5 states, it would be next to impossible to service all employees without something like LogMeIn

Its the best logme in service I have ever used.
What do you like best? Its very easy to log into a customers computer, and I do not need to tell the customers 100 steps they have to do on their end. I like the fact it works seemlessly with either a MAC or PC. What do you dislike? I wish it was easier to detect multiple monitors on the customers end, and bigger screens when using multiple monitors. What problems are you solving with the product?
