What do you like best about Logikcull? I am a new Logikcull user, and so far it's ease of use is my favorite part! The customer service is above and beyond amazing. I have used other platforms in the past that are not user friendly and are sole draining.

What do you like best about Logikcull? The biggest shout-out I always give about Logickull is the support staff. The software is user-friendly, and if I didn't understand something for some reason, the support staff quickly responded and pointed out the materials to help achieve what was needed.

What do you like best about Logikcull? Logikcull is an awesome program by itself, not to mention the great customer service the company provides. From training to using the program, the support is unmatched. Kate provided a clear and robust training, and Sophia assisted me when I encountered an issue with a document not rendering after being uploaded. She figured out the issue, the document was too large. I would have never figured this out on my own!

What do you like best about Logikcull? Our firm purchased Logikcull licenses in February 2020, trained us a well as IT guys can do, COVID hit, and just a little I had to produce documents FAST. Logikcull's tech team totally walked me through the process, from creating searches, assigning review sets, creating and adjusting tags, review procedure and finally production. What do you like best about Logikcull? Very fast processing speed, both uploads and downloads. They make it easy to find what you are looking for both with intuitive "click to select" searching, and also through the ability to build advanced searches. Downloads (productions) are easy to understand and provide enough options to get the end product that you want. What do you like best about Logikcull? All the new features in the product look great. The addition of audio redaction was a nice feature. And this is the perfect platform for the upcoming AI integration.
