What do you like best? The search function is easy to use and helps bring up a variety of results, which helps me narrow down the results to the exact documents I need.. The OCR software is pretty amazing at picking up all the text from each document, and makes it easy to figure out if a document is relevant just by the tag line. Easy and inexpensive discovery

What do you like best? Logicull has the nicest and most patient professionals available to assist 24/7 which was critical for me as a solo practitioner who is not that techy. It takes some repetition to get the system down, but practice and you’ll figure it out. Made massive discovery projects doable. What do you dislike? It becomes intuitive, but takes practice. What do you like best? Customer service was wonderful - especially as this was the first time I used a program like this, I had a lot of questions. They were very attentive and thorough. What do you dislike? There is a steep learning curve. It was hard to figure out the proper way of using the program at first and some of the sorting and labeling seems unnecessarily complicated. What do you like best? As a freelance paralegal, this is an excellent product to provide to my lawyer clients for end-to-end discovery processing. What do you dislike? Pricing! When you add the storage fees and the download (processing fees it's complete sticker shocker. The information in the agreement is vague and obscure. Saved me thousands of dollars!!

What do you like best? The ease of use and intuitive interface is the best part of Logikcull. A lot of eDiscovery platforms are complicated and use an "everything but the kitchen sink" approach that complicates functionality. With Logikcull, you get all of that and more, and it's easy to use!! What a concept. Go figure! What do you dislike?
