eDiscovery made simple

What do you like best? Logikcull has streamlined our complex litigation discovery with easy uploads, document review, and production. Logikcull saves time and simplifies our litigation workflows. I appreciate the added ability to review video and have a mixed production of native and image files. What do you dislike? A few features that I wish were added include the ability to sort productions by tags and perhaps the ability to change a file extension once a document is uploaded. ...

Discovery Lifesaver

What do you like best? I love the automation and the ease of use. I spent years manually rendering and organizing document production. Logikcull is a game changer. Productions can be created and organized in a tenth of the time. Document review, tagging and tracking is also super efficient and easy. What do you dislike? Like with any product it takes some training and use to learn to properly navigate and use Logickull. There I features I'm sure I will probably never use but its good ...

Work easily and effectively without an IT person

What do you like best? Can do multiple loads on the same file and be consistent throughout without an IT person. Sometimes known as a rolling production, it is possible to proceed with the processing with whatever is available to start. Reviewable content that is subsequently identified can be added to the collection without disrupting the work done. Standard outputs are helpful in working with other parties. What do you dislike? For what it is designed to do, can't really complain. ...

Solution to large batches of discovery

What do you like best? I appreciate that several people can be reviewing large batches of discovery at the same time and see each other's comments to documents in real-time. What do you dislike? It would be great if the software would open up to the last document you were viewing instead of having to note it and go back to it later. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Reviewing large batches of discovery. Efficient use of time and ...

Logikcull saves time and money

What do you like best? Logikcull's support has been incredible. We were under a time crunch and did not do any initial traning, however the Logikcull staff quickly answered any questions we had either via the chat functionality or via telephone call. I also appreciate that Logikcull is cloud-based so I can easily use the application no matter where I am and no matter which computer I have available to me. What do you dislike? Logikcull is user-friendly and relatively intuitive, ...

Control and tailor your own e-Discovery database for your own needs.

What do you like best? Unlike most competitors, Logikcull lets me manage my own database and create my own tags and labels to suit the needs of each project. If I want to run searches, add new tags, or upload documents, I can do it instantly without the added delay (and costs) of dealing with an account administrator. What do you dislike? My dislikes are few and nit-picky. I would like the ability to apply fields to multiple documents at once. What problems are you solving with the ...

My new favorite platform

What do you like best? The two most awesome features of Logikcull are the incredibly simple fee structure (no whammies) and the excellent customer support features and options. What do you dislike? There are a few features that Logikcull does not yet have, for example, if I search for a word or phrase, I'd like to be able to see that word or phrase highlighted in the search results documents. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am ...

Great eDiscovery. Very user friendly

What do you like best? Pulling conversation data from Slack is the best I've seen in all the eDiscovery products. That alone made this worth it for us. What do you dislike? I didn't have any glaring problems with it. The interface is mostly intuitive, but some quick training and you'll be up-to-speed. Familiarity with legal terms help speed that up. Recommendations to others considering the product: Test it out with various data sources (0365, G Suite, AWS, Slack, Dropbox) ...

An Ergonomic Platform for eDiscovery Review and Production

What do you like best? The ease of use makes the platform easy to adapt to. This cuts down on training and results in more efficient productivity. What do you dislike? The refreshing of search hits following a mass tagging can result in unnecessary lag time. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? None.
