Outstanding Document Review Platform
What do you like best? Logikcull has made life much easier for our law firm. Prior to using Logikcull we were using iPro on-premise which was much more difficult to administer and setup for our users. Our litigation paralegals have put Logikcull through the paces and it checked all the boxes that we needed in a document review and production platform. Logikcull is very price competitive and very easy to use by our paralegals and attorneys, almost with no training. If training is needed, ...

Intuitive Features / Best Pricing
What do you like best? 1 - The intuitive features. I have used many different platforms. For very sophisticated users, there are some platforms that are more customizable, but those platforms are extremely unweildy, and have very steep learning curves (requiring hours and hours of training and trial/error to perform even seemingly simple tasks). Logikcull, on the otherhand, offers the core features that I am looking to use in an already intuitive and easy to use package. 2 - The ...

What do you like best? Logikcull support turns problems into solutions. Rather than having to learn a complex problem, they handled my onboarding around the needs of my particular, "time sensitive" e-discovery problem. Easy to understand pricing and a Swiss Army Knife tool set make it practical to buy and easy to roll out. Once attorneys find out it's available, they want it. Applications come out of the woodwork for improved workflow and happier staff. What do you dislike? Pricing is ...

Lots of bang for the buck!
What do you like best? Fast, intuitive GUI. Good layout on pages. Help and tips readily available. What do you dislike? Download and production routines that are cumbersome and NOT intuitive. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Great place to deposit email archives and document rich file structures with contextual and attribute search capabilities. Affordable for a small office.

Best Platform Thus Far!
What do you like best? Ease of use and multiple viewing choices. What do you dislike? Some tasks function automatically while others require specific action to "save" a choice. For new and infrequent users of the platform, it is confusing and frustrating. Just pick one way across the board and eliminate that stress. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Collaboration and communication issues are solved many times over with various types ...

Great customer service!
What do you like best? They are quick to respond to questions and are very patient. What do you dislike? I would like to be able to detach the help screen from the main logikcull screen. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Advanced search questions and some production set questions.

Intuitive Document Review Platform
What do you like best? The system is very user friendly, and is a powerful tool to review and produce a lot of documents. What do you dislike? It takes a while for the system to upload and process large volumes of documents, but once uploaded the system runs pretty smoothly. Batch coding could be easier. Recommendations to others considering the product: Take the opportunity to try it out. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? ...

Big time discovery platform resources without the typical big time price tag
What do you like best? When working for my previous Am Law firm I worked on internal investigations almost exclusively for my last 4 years there. During that time I worked with every different e-discovery platform and was almost universally displeased with the amount of time and money each system took to get up and running and then also to maintain. On the other end of the spectrum is the user friendly Logikcull. At first, I was certainly cautious about taking on some of the takes I ...

Document management for large case.
What do you like best? I love the user interface and think that the analytics are top-notch. We are able to conduct relevant searches with the click of a button. Also, 24/7 help is great for late-night issues. What do you dislike? I do not like the comments function. Bulk-tagging comments would have been helpful. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The problems associated with managing a large volume document review case.
