What do you like best about LogicMonitor? I like Logic Monitor's details and graphs and colors. It does a pretty good job at automation and handling alerts/warnings. What do you dislike about LogicMonitor? I dislike the crowding of the dashboard, there's too much information on the first page itself. What do you like best about LogicMonitor? We moved on from a competing solution to LogicMon and found that the product far exceeded our expectations from working with the other solution. What do you like best about LogicMonitor? Able to monitor disk, cpu,memory in windows level and also able to monitor SQL server. What do you dislike about LogicMonitor? Can't drill down performance issue of SQL server. What problems is LogicMonitor solving and how is that benefiting you? Monitor SQL services. Able to get alerts when SQL service is down.

What do you like best about LogicMonitor? I like the extensibility of the platform. They had a lot of great things available out of the box, but there also was a lot of room for customization for some of our more nice needs. What do you dislike about LogicMonitor? What do you like best about LogicMonitor? Insight into the resources in your organization that you were historically blinded to due to lack of monitoring. What do you dislike about LogicMonitor? Technical Support through the portal can be slow at times. What problems is LogicMonitor solving and how is that benefiting you? Propper secured monitoring of Network and compute resources across the entire organization.

What do you like best about LogicMonitor? I like their architecture. On-site collectors with cloud-based logic and control works very well for us. What do you dislike about LogicMonitor? Access requires internet connectivity. Hard to monitor if network access is compromised. What problems is LogicMonitor solving and how is that benefiting you? LogicMonitor is allowing our Infrastructure and Development teams to access a single source of truth for alerting and troubleshooting.

What do you like best about LogicMonitor? LogicMonitor allows for a wide range of platforms to be monitored with relatively low effort. The UI is fairly intuitive and allows for a wide variety of technical competencies to feel comfortable. What do you dislike about LogicMonitor? What do you like best about LogicMonitor? The main area that I would like to recommend would be the discovery and implementation. The system was well designed around our needs and requirements and the help received from the team to get the system fully live was outstanding. What do you like best about LogicMonitor? Visibility into your infrastructure whether it be on-prem or cloud. What do you dislike about LogicMonitor?
