What do you like best? I like the ease of use and the customization. I also find the support to be pretty good. What do you dislike? we've noticed recently a good number of our monitors have frequently had issues - failing in the middle of the day. support, thought, is usually very quick to get the issues fixed. What do you like best? The interface UI is excellent. Support is excellent. Events are well thought out and organised. Would like to see more knowledge sharing. What do you dislike? Better thought our exchange of plugins, and increase and emphasis on sharing unique dashboards and ideas. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Better on call rota. Full visibility of the entire estate that can be used to judge future resourcing.

What do you like best about LogicMonitor? ease of use...i can create dashboards to gain visibility into any aspect of my application platform. What do you dislike about LogicMonitor? tweaking datasources and getting them to apply is kinda painful - and when a datasource doesnt work - tshooting kinda always requires a support person to intervene.
