"Best Monitoring I've Used"

What do you like best about LogicMonitor? The ability to monitor just about any attribute of a device and set custom alert levels for anything. The ease of use also should not be under looked as once you start to play around with the web interface you pickup how everything works fairly quickly. What do you like best? Pricing, SaaS, always up-to-date version, no agents on devices What do you dislike? No dark theme, probably not the cheapest monitoring product. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Scalability, device support and such are amazing.

The ease of use of the interface, the dashboard functionality allows for highly customizable views, the alerting functionality is flexible and provides features that aren't present in competing products.
