What do you like best about LogicMonitor? We installed LogicMonitor a year ago after using SolarWinds for some time. We find it to be much more reactive and detailed than SolarWinds. Plus it's easier to use. What do you dislike about LogicMonitor? I've heard a few people comment on the GUI saying it could be improved. What problems is LogicMonitor solving and how is that benefiting you? We've streamlined our alerting and gained visibility of core services

What do you like best about LogicMonitor? Brilliant dashboard capabilities and tonnes of useful components which help my team monitor the network What do you dislike about LogicMonitor? Have had very little negative feedback about LogicMonitor so far :) What problems is LogicMonitor solving and how is that benefiting you? Monitoring a large resilient Cisco network across 20 different sites.

What do you like best about LogicMonitor? Love the tuning capability and the number of devices it can monitor What do you dislike about LogicMonitor? Not much to dislike! What do you like best? The setup of the platform is really quick and easy which means you can have it setup in the basic form very fast. if you want to do the more advanced monitoring you can use the free training to get up to speed. What do you dislike? the right click of objects in the GUI was taken away, this should be brought back to make the UI faster. What problems are you solving with the product? "Monitoring made easy"

What do you like best about LogicMonitor? The initial configuration is fairly straight forward. Adding additional nodes to be monitored is very quick and easy which is a winner for me. Agentless monitoring saves a lot of hassle, especially in environments which have grown quickly but lack network/OS management required to enable seemless agent deployment required in other products. "Complete Visibility over School Network"

What do you like best about LogicMonitor? LogicMonitor gives me complete visibility over my school district's network. I can essentially know if something has an issue before the end user even realizes something went wrong. What do you dislike about LogicMonitor? What do you like best? ability to create and modify datasources quickly and easily. significant api functionality What do you dislike? reporting is limited. Would like to see the ability to create reports in a Word doc or something similar Recommendations to others considering the product: be sure to research how to use datasources and edit them.
