What do you like best? LogicMonitor allows us to become a lot more proactive with the handling of our monitored systems instead of reactive. What do you dislike? People in upper management would sometimes like to see less flash dashboards and reporting. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We have been increasing our response to be more proactive, therefore increasing our SLA metrics and user satisfaction.

The best thing for me is the built-in performance templates - I didn't need to tweak anything on Day 1, it was monitoring applications and services, performance metrics and capacity without my needing to manually adjust thresholds. Quick and simple setup, in a matter of minutes I was receiving data on my entire enterprise, including printers. Some of the menus don't suit me but that is down to the individual user. What problems is LogicMonitor solving and how is that benefiting you?
