What do you like best about LogicMonitor? Since replacing a network monitoring tool with LogicMonitor, I've notice improved events notifications. The product was easily integrated and configuration was relatively simple. What do you dislike about LogicMonitor? No dislikes at this time, as we've only recently started using the product What problems is LogicMonitor solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best? Its a SaaS based tool that has a lot of fexabile monitoring capability. Their support team has been excellent about helping us add features needed to be successful. They have a good vision for their future state and maintain an excellent ability to beat our end users to identifying a problem. What do you dislike? They are not good at notifying us when they are not able to monitor something about because of that we find holes where no data has been coming through. This ...

Initial setup can be challenging to fine tune the features you prefer. Our LogicMonitor rep has been very helpful in getting our system dialed in, but it does take some initial effort. Theres really not that much to dislike with LogicMonitor What problems is LogicMonitor solving and how is that benefiting you? Automated alerting of customer equipment It allows us to respond to issues before the customer realises something is broken

What do you like best? The network monitoring beats some other more expensive products on the market. What do you dislike? Some of the menus don't suit me but that is down to the individual user. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Wide distributed network with many nodes that were previously not monitored.
