What do you like best? Its a SaaS based tool that has a lot of fexabile monitoring capability. Their support team has been excellent about helping us add features needed to be successful. They have a good vision for their future state and maintain an excellent ability to beat our end users to identifying a problem. What do you dislike? Customizability, you can monitor any infrastructure or server you want, great inbuilt tools to automatically detect what services are running on a server and monitoring them. What do you like best about LogicMonitor? Visibility into all aspects of network health. Config management for our network devices, makes replacing a dead device much easier to get online again quickly.
