"LogicMonitor Review"

What do you like best about LogicMonitor? Tunable alerts and whole network visibility. What do you dislike about LogicMonitor? Being woken up at 4 in the morning though this is the intention of the product as we used to be caught unaware of outages. What problems is LogicMonitor solving and how is that benefiting you? We know when a system is down or in an unhealthy state. This also falls in line with our NIST requirements for monitoring of infrastructure.

"Great product for monitoring and trending"

What do you like best? Uptime and reliability have been top notch and the integration with both on-premise and cloud environments is amazing. What do you dislike? The interface is a bit "clunky" and setting up alert profiles can be a bit confusing. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use LogicMonitor to monitor all of our production and internal IT assets across multiple clouds and hosting providers. It allows us to have a single pane of glass ...

"Great customizable monitoring solution"

What do you like best about LogicMonitor? Although LogicMonitor is an off the shelf and ready to use product, it is very customizable to fit your monitoring needs. Support is very good and very technical when it comes to creating specialized alerts such as monitoring specific windows events or integrating with APIs from our storage vendor. What do you dislike about LogicMonitor? Customizations can be tricky and often require experience in groovy scripting. What problems is LogicMonitor ...

"Effective anomoly recognition"

What do you like best about LogicMonitor? Unomaly offers great support both technically and with product success. They really put a lot of effort into helping us get value from the system. We feel quite confident about adding lots of sources into Unomaly without needing to worry that this will result in a large increase of false positives. Even extremely spammy logs are quite fine to add to Unomaly. We get alerted on Slack so it's pretty quick to monitor the alerts. What do you dislike ...

"Overall a good product and easy to setup"

What do you like best? Fairly easier to setup and configure a comprehensive NOC style dashboard. What do you dislike? Currently unable to suppress alerts on devices "chained" behind down devices. So if for example a switch wit ha server connected to it goes down you get alerts for both. Recommendations to others considering the product: Try it out. Their support alone has been exceptional. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We have 2 NOC style ...
