"Excelent tool!"
What do you like best about LogicMonitor? I like the fact that Unomaly starts to return valuable insights to what's going on immideatly. And that adding the Unomaly superpower is as easy as sending the logs! What do you dislike about LogicMonitor? Starter sets of "knowns" should be supplied. Events that is known garbage should be filtered, and the nasty ones should be lifted regardless of their cadence. What problems is LogicMonitor solving and how is that benefiting you? We catch failures ...

"Easy to set up, simple to use, great support"
What do you like best about LogicMonitor? Makes finding anomalies in systems (logs) look very easy, pretty much does all the work for you, and can be taught new stuff easily on the run. Can go through large amounts of data with no problems. Software is updated regularly, and user feedback is taken seriously. What do you dislike about LogicMonitor? Not many downsides to really mention, actually can't think of any at the moment... It's not free? Recommendations to others considering ...

"Good product. Easy to get going for infrastructure monitoring"
What do you like best? Fairly out of the box for basic network and infrastructure monitoring. Cloud based so minimal infrastructure to make this work on my end. What do you dislike? More complex configurations aren't as easy. I wish there was better APM capabilities. Recommendations to others considering the product: APM - application and log monitoring. APIs for pushing and pulling data via Python, etc. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you ...

"The best cloud solution for performance and uptime monitoring."
What do you like best about LogicMonitor? LogicMonitor is intuitive and easy to use. This does not mean it lacks advanced features, it has all the features for performance and uptime monitoring that you would expect. You can be set up and gathering useful data in a matter of minutes, and alerting and reporting accurately on that data in hours. Unlike other tools out there which can take days to set up and weeks and months to craft into something useful. What do you dislike about ...

"An extra layer of security"
What do you like best about LogicMonitor? That it filters out the noise and shows what is relevant What do you dislike about LogicMonitor? A bit expensive but if it helps us prevent an attack it's worth it. What problems is LogicMonitor solving and how is that benefiting you? It is an extra layer of security. New events that are important are communicated and compliance with existing routines is checked. We are also using it to monitor scheduled jobs and audit logs.

"A Simple To Use, Monitoring System That Pretty Much Does It All"
What do you like best? The easy to create dashboards, the excellent support, and the ease of adding and configuring devices. What do you dislike? LogicMonitor wasn't able to support our SAN out of the box, LogicMonitor still had the ability to report on this, after writing a custom data source. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We needed a solution that gave us the status of our entire network and to solve problems before they happen.

"Great customizable monitoring solution"
What do you like best? Although LogicMonitor is an off the shelf and ready to use product, it is very customizable to fit your monitoring needs. Support is very good and very technical when it comes to creating specialized alerts such as monitoring specific windows events or integrating with APIs from our storage vendor. What do you dislike? Customizations can be tricky and often require experience in groovy scripting. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you ...

"Great product for monitoring and trending"
What do you like best? Uptime and reliability have been top notch and the integration with both on-premise and cloud environments is amazing. What do you dislike? The interface is a bit "clunky" and setting up alert profiles can be a bit confusing. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use LogicMonitor to monitor all of our production and internal IT assets across multiple clouds and hosting providers. It allows us to have a single pane of glass ...
