"Helping our MSP be more flexible in the cloud"

What do you like best? LogicMonitor has a primary focus on the cloud. Being able to monitor Azure subscriptions beyond just the VM's is a requirement and the setup is easy. When we run into issues we can reach to the support and they spend all the time needed to help solve our issues. What do you dislike? What do you like best about LogicMonitor? Support is always great and helpful. The UI looks great and the collectors make it easy to monitor sites as a whole. "A great product with a solid API"

What do you like best? If you are integrating LogicMonitor into Operations, you will need to automate provisioning, alerting, RBAC, etc. and for that you need a soid API. LogicMonitor's REST API is key to this, and provides full access to all of LogicMonitor's features. If it can be done in the UI (and there is a LOT that can!), it can be done in the API.
