What do you like best about LogicMonitor? Ease of implementation. Most aspects worked out of the box vary few aspects needed any kind of custom work. What do you dislike about LogicMonitor? "LogicMonitor - Powerful monitoring made easy"

What do you like best about LogicMonitor? LogicMonitor allows you to setup the framework for monitoring and then easily add in devices as needed. Many of the alerts we wanted were already built by LogicMonitor and either already preloaded or easily imported. What do you like best about LogicMonitor? Support is always great and helpful. The UI looks great and the collectors make it easy to monitor sites as a whole. "Helping our MSP be more flexible in the cloud"

What do you like best? LogicMonitor has a primary focus on the cloud. Being able to monitor Azure subscriptions beyond just the VM's is a requirement and the setup is easy. When we run into issues we can reach to the support and they spend all the time needed to help solve our issues. What do you dislike? Our only issues come down to scaling as an MSP to the amount of devices we need to monitor and the cost break out. We'd also like to be able to monitor Windows machines from a Linux box as ...
