What do you like best about LogicMonitor? I really like LogicMonitor because i do not have to implement a lot of servers on premises or install agents on my monitored devices. I also love that once I add devices to LogicMonitor, it automatically starts monitoring all metrics on the devices that can be monitored. Another benefit is the very large list of third parties that we can integrate into LogicMonitor. What do you dislike about LogicMonitor? There is very little I dislike about ...

What do you like best? I like having detailed historical data on all devices, especially switch configuration change/comparisons! What do you dislike? There isn't anything that I dislike but I do wish that I could filter for a particular datasource, datasource group or instance and then click on a folder to view just the filtered graph across all resources in the selected folder. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are alerted on everything ...

What do you like best? very easy to use and troubleshoot with plus the graphs offer a great alternative view What do you dislike? some alerts could be better explained and easier to read i.e 'this device has a status of 3' What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? it has made it far easier to detect and troubleshoot issues

"Great highly customizable platform"

What do you like best about LogicMonitor? I like that the platform has tons of capability out of the box. If more sophisticated monitoring is required, the platform can be completely customized to accomplish the exact requirement. What do you dislike about LogicMonitor? I dislike that the platform does not natively support cascading alerts, but I've heard from the the team that they are working on adding this feature and that it is planned in a future release. "Our Go-to Tool For Monitoring and Troubleshooting IT Infrastructure"

What do you like best about LogicMonitor? Time-series graphs with the ability to zoom in. Out-of-the box functionality is tremendous. We can point it at a device and start getting useful data immediately. The cloud interface and reliability of the product are awesome. What do you dislike about LogicMonitor? I was upset when they released configuration management as an expensive extra feature. The contract negotiation process is painful, with LogicMonitor attempting to raise prices way above ...

What do you like best? Easy to setup and use monitoring product. Monitors almost everything in our data center with minimal setup required. What do you dislike? There are a few devices that aren't monitored in detail, a couple of our SANs, etc. But even for those we can do basic up/down monitoring so at least we have something. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It gives us a good overview of performance and uptime.
