"Using Logicmonitor for the past one year"

What do you like best? Easy to use LogicMonitor cloud portal. Timely updates to the product. Easier to add/manage devices. What do you dislike? Alert tuning on the LogicMonitor platform could be improved. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Easy to manage all our Server and Network devices within a centralized platform. Vastly improved our network monitoring ability.

"robust and extremely versitile monitor"

What do you like best? external monitoring, details in reporting, ability to monitor almost anything What do you dislike? a bit too complicated and time consuming to get to where you need it to be.not cheap What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Netflow monitoring, has improved visibility for internet usage. SQL monitoring has improved performance adjustments.

What do you like best about LogicMonitor? It is very easy to deploy, add devices and the speed of performance is amazing given all the data being collected. What do you dislike about LogicMonitor? Graphs average performance over time, and could do better by not averaging when drilling down. What problems is LogicMonitor solving and how is that benefiting you? Onboarding devices, datapoints is quick and easy and we rely heavily on LogicMonitor for alerting and escalation.

"More than just monitoring with an excellent customer journey "

What do you like best about LogicMonitor? The software itself works perfectly for our organisation as is contains a lot of features. But besides the software, Logicmonitor does a lot to stay in contact with their customers to try and improve their product with the feedback that they receive. The customer journey of LogicMonitor is one of the best i have seen untill now. What do you dislike about LogicMonitor? The lack of MFA in the software. "Logic monitor does what it says it does"

What do you like best about LogicMonitor? Logic monitor allows me to see the status of my infrastructure on the move and on NOC monitors. It has frequently alerted us to problems before users notice What do you dislike about LogicMonitor?
