"LM is very good monitoring tool with many features"

What do you like best about LogicMonitor? Using LM we are able to see the performance trend across the servers, network devices, AWS cloud instances, our application etc and we can easily catch hold of the issues before it hits production impact. This will give us tweak our alert thresholds in three levels which is really helpful. "Using Logicmonitor for the past one year"

What do you like best? Easy to use LogicMonitor cloud portal. Timely updates to the product. Easier to add/manage devices. What do you dislike? Alert tuning on the LogicMonitor platform could be improved. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Easy to manage all our Server and Network devices within a centralized platform. Vastly improved our network monitoring ability.

What do you like best? It is very easy to deploy, add devices and the speed of performance is amazing given all the data being collected. What do you dislike? Graphs average performance over time, and could do better by not averaging when drilling down. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Onboarding devices, datapoints is quick and easy and we rely heavily on LogicMonitor for alerting and escalation.

What do you like best about LogicMonitor? The software itself works perfectly for our organisation as is contains a lot of features. But besides the software, Logicmonitor does a lot to stay in contact with their customers to try and improve their product with the feedback that they receive. What do you like best about LogicMonitor? Logic monitor allows me to see the status of my infrastructure on the move and on NOC monitors.
