"Flexible and Powerful Monitoring Solution"

What do you like best about LogicMonitor? Logicmonitor has the capability to ingest multiple types of data, sourcing from WMI, PerfMon, SNMP, and a variety of scripting tools to access device-specific API's. It does so without an agent, and with that level of flexibility, we can focus on tuning our alerting with the assurance that if there is a metric we see, there is a strong chance we can measure it. "Great product and alternative to Zenoss "

What do you like best? Ease of use, intuitive GUI, support for cloud services and website monitoring. We replaced Zenoss (open source product) with LogicMonitor last year. It's been a great success to date. What do you dislike? Sometimes it's hard to open links from LogicMonitor in a new Chrome tab. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? All monitoring of our cloud infrastructure hosted in Azure and AWS.

What do you like best about LogicMonitor? LogicMonitor's Out-Of-the-box monitoring for most platforms was a considerable surprise and of a great deal of use. Not to say you don;t need to customize or build new datasources, but for the most part, OOB rocks. What do you dislike about LogicMonitor? Not being able to say, definitively, that such-and-such is available on that platform for that application. "LM Experience"

What do you like best? I love the graphs and the historical data to troubleshoot the issues. What do you dislike? Not pleasant experience when we have a collector issues which triggers no data alerts What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Quick escalations to appropriate teams to resolve the issue. Its east to setup monitoring on devices and friendly support staff for the help!

"A Great Product with Some Room to Grow"

What do you like best? The usability of the interface makes for an easy experience. What do you dislike? No python support, only groovy. You will need to learn this for more than the basic monitoring. Recommendations to others considering the product: Be aware that you can not use python to script different datapoints, only groovy. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Would have quicker setups if the language was python.

"LM is very good monitoring tool with many features"

What do you like best? Using LM we are able to see the performance trend across the servers, network devices, AWS cloud instances, our application etc and we can easily catch hold of the issues before it hits production impact. This will give us tweak our alert thresholds in three levels which is really helpful. We can customize our datasources as per our requirement that will help us create most of our monitoring requirements. What do you dislike? I know LM is not a log monitoring tool, ...
