Logicmonitor has the capability to ingest multiple types of data, sourcing from WMI, PerfMon, SNMP, and a variety of scripting tools to access device-specific API's. It does so without an agent, and with that level of flexibility, we can focus on tuning our alerting with the assurance that if there is a metric we see, there is a strong chance we can measure it. What do you like best about LogicMonitor? Logicmonitor is very easy to use and fully integrates with puppet. I like how it uses collectors to poll data. Metrics are very easy to read and understand. I always use support's live chat, and the staff is very helpful and patient. They're also very eager to help with integrations with the service. What do you dislike about LogicMonitor? What do you like best about LogicMonitor? I love the graphs and the historical data to troubleshoot the issues. What do you dislike about LogicMonitor? Not pleasant experience when we have a collector issues which triggers no data alerts What problems is LogicMonitor solving and how is that benefiting you? Quick escalations to appropriate teams to resolve the issue. Its east to setup monitoring on devices and friendly support staff for the help!

"robust and extremely versitile monitor"
What do you like best about LogicMonitor? external monitoring, details in reporting, ability to monitor almost anything What do you dislike about LogicMonitor? a bit too complicated and time consuming to get to where you need it to be.not cheap What problems is LogicMonitor solving and how is that benefiting you? Netflow monitoring, has improved visibility for internet usage. SQL monitoring has improved performance adjustments.

What do you like best about LogicMonitor? Easy to use LogicMonitor cloud portal. Timely updates to the product. Easier to add/manage devices. What do you dislike about LogicMonitor? Alert tuning on the LogicMonitor platform could be improved. What problems is LogicMonitor solving and how is that benefiting you? Easy to manage all our Server and Network devices within a centralized platform. Vastly improved our network monitoring ability.

"LM is very good monitoring tool with many features"
What do you like best? Using LM we are able to see the performance trend across the servers, network devices, AWS cloud instances, our application etc and we can easily catch hold of the issues before it hits production impact. This will give us tweak our alert thresholds in three levels which is really helpful.
