"Quickly deployable and highly scalable"

What do you like best about LogicMonitor? The ability to drill down into the Infrastructure and Networking metrics in a simple user interface is a big selling point of the platform What do you dislike about LogicMonitor? The dependency mapping feature, whilst in its' infancy, is still clunky and requires more maturity. I use Azure Service Map for dependency mapping at this point in time but I hope to use LogicMonitor for this as a single pane of glass system. Recommendations to others ...

What do you like best? Their support department has been second to none. I've had my questions answered every time, even if sometimes the answer is not the one I'd like to hear, it's clear what my path forward would need to be. What do you dislike? "Flexible and Powerful Monitoring Solution"

What do you like best about LogicMonitor? Logicmonitor has the capability to ingest multiple types of data, sourcing from WMI, PerfMon, SNMP, and a variety of scripting tools to access device-specific API's. It does so without an agent, and with that level of flexibility, we can focus on tuning our alerting with the assurance that if there is a metric we see, there is a strong chance we can measure it. What do you like best about LogicMonitor? Logicmonitor is very easy to use and fully integrates with puppet. I like how it uses collectors to poll data. Metrics are very easy to read and understand. I always use support's live chat, and the staff is very helpful and patient. They're also very eager to help with integrations with the service. What do you dislike about LogicMonitor? What do you like best about LogicMonitor? LogicMonitor's Out-Of-the-box monitoring for most platforms was a considerable surprise and of a great deal of use. Not to say you don;t need to customize or build new datasources, but for the most part, OOB rocks. What do you dislike about LogicMonitor? What do you like best about LogicMonitor? We use logic monitor for monitoring both cloud and on prem appliances. It is easy to configure and use. What do you dislike about LogicMonitor? None. With the features that I use, I am satisfied What problems is LogicMonitor solving and how is that benefiting you? Problems solved are better monitoring/ alerting system for our appliances

What do you like best? The usability of the interface makes for an easy experience. What do you dislike? No python support, only groovy. You will need to learn this for more than the basic monitoring. Recommendations to others considering the product: Be aware that you can not use python to script different datapoints, only groovy. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Would have quicker setups if the language was python.
