What do you like best about LogicMonitor? Simple billing model which allows you to monitor multiple different types of devices without having to purchase expensive modules. Setup your account and monitoring anything and everything. I've had my questions answered every time, even if sometimes the answer is not the one I'd like to hear, it's clear what my path forward would need to be. What do you dislike about LogicMonitor? What do you like best about LogicMonitor? Easy to use LogicMonitor cloud portal. Timely updates to the product. Easier to add/manage devices. What do you dislike about LogicMonitor? Alert tuning on the LogicMonitor platform could be improved. What problems is LogicMonitor solving and how is that benefiting you? Easy to manage all our Server and Network devices within a centralized platform. Vastly improved our network monitoring ability.

What do you like best? external monitoring, details in reporting, ability to monitor almost anything What do you dislike? a bit too complicated and time consuming to get to where you need it to be.not cheap What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Netflow monitoring, has improved visibility for internet usage. SQL monitoring has improved performance adjustments.

What do you like best about LogicMonitor? The usability of the interface makes for an easy experience. What do you dislike about LogicMonitor? No python support, only groovy. You will need to learn this for more than the basic monitoring. Recommendations to others considering LogicMonitor: Be aware that you can not use python to script different datapoints, only groovy. What problems is LogicMonitor solving and how is that benefiting you? Would have quicker setups if the language was python.

What do you like best about LogicMonitor? Logicmonitor is very easy to use and fully integrates with puppet. I like how it uses collectors to poll data. Metrics are very easy to read and understand. I always use support's live chat, and the staff is very helpful and patient. They're also very eager to help with integrations with the service. What do you dislike about LogicMonitor?
