"Easy to use and maintain, features growing every month"

What do you like best about LogicMonitor? Simplicity in the UI, and all bulk storage done in the cloud meaning the age old issue of bulky on-premise servers are no longer a bother. What do you dislike about LogicMonitor? Some features lack clarity initially, and the alerting could be improved and more easily customisable. "Exceptional Support tools"

What do you like best about LogicMonitor? Their support department has been second to none. I've had my questions answered every time, even if sometimes the answer is not the one I'd like to hear, it's clear what my path forward would need to be. What do you dislike about LogicMonitor? That I'm required to put 40 characters minimum in this field. What problems is LogicMonitor solving and how is that benefiting you? "robust and extremely versitile monitor"

What do you like best? external monitoring, details in reporting, ability to monitor almost anything What do you dislike? a bit too complicated and time consuming to get to where you need it to be.not cheap What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Netflow monitoring, has improved visibility for internet usage. SQL monitoring has improved performance adjustments.

With the features that I use, I am satisfied What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best about LogicMonitor? Ease of use, intuitive GUI, support for cloud services and website monitoring. We replaced Zenoss (open source product) with LogicMonitor last year. It's been a great success to date. What do you dislike about LogicMonitor? Sometimes it's hard to open links from LogicMonitor in a new Chrome tab. What problems is LogicMonitor solving and how is that benefiting you? All monitoring of our cloud infrastructure hosted in Azure and AWS.

You will need to learn this for more than the basic monitoring. Recommendations to others considering LogicMonitor: Be aware that you can not use python to script different datapoints, only groovy. What problems is LogicMonitor solving and how is that benefiting you? Would have quicker setups if the language was python.

What do you like best about LogicMonitor? LogicMonitor's Out-Of-the-box monitoring for most platforms was a considerable surprise and of a great deal of use. Not to say you don;t need to customize or build new datasources, but for the most part, OOB rocks. What do you dislike about LogicMonitor?
