"Good Tool for Monitoring"

What do you like best about LogicMonitor? Customization options and Dashboards for performance monitoring of the infrastructure. What do you dislike about LogicMonitor? Integration options with ticketing tools. I believe there should be more to that. What problems is LogicMonitor solving and how is that benefiting you? We monitor various matrices and performance of our Production devices. It is very accurate and provide variety of customization options.

"Not Bad, but Also not great"

What do you like best about LogicMonitor? Works well with WMI, not so much for SNMP. What do you dislike about LogicMonitor? SNMP capabilities are extremely weak compared to its competitors. What problems is LogicMonitor solving and how is that benefiting you? It's great at scanning Windows (WMI) hosts, but pretty useless on anything else.

What do you like best about LogicMonitor? Ease of use, Dashboards, Very good support, iOS and Android App What do you dislike about LogicMonitor? In my experience we were only able to purchase devices in packs of 100, meaning we can only go from 100 to 200 devices and not from 100 to 150 for example. "Simple monitoring of everything"

What do you like best about LogicMonitor? Simple billing model which allows you to monitor multiple different types of devices without having to purchase expensive modules. Setup your account and monitoring anything and everything. Cloud based and low maintenance, having a on-premise collectors are very low maintenance and do not require any significant configuration, none once deployed. What do you dislike about LogicMonitor? You do need a module for doing configuration management such as ...

"Easy to use and maintain, features growing every month"

What do you like best? Simplicity in the UI, and all bulk storage done in the cloud meaning the age old issue of bulky on-premise servers are no longer a bother. What do you dislike? Some features lack clarity initially, and the alerting could be improved and more easily customisable. The emailed alerts could be styled (HTML) fairly easily but this feature is still absent. "Quickly deployable and highly scalable"

What do you like best about LogicMonitor? The ability to drill down into the Infrastructure and Networking metrics in a simple user interface is a big selling point of the platform What do you dislike about LogicMonitor? The dependency mapping feature, whilst in its' infancy, is still clunky and requires more maturity. I use Azure Service Map for dependency mapping at this point in time but I hope to use LogicMonitor for this as a single pane of glass system. Recommendations to others ...
