What do you like best about LogicMonitor? I love the fact that I can setup a dashboard view to see the servers I am in charge of. As well as the search feature on the system. What do you like best about LogicMonitor? I like that LogicMonitor tracks all aspects of the networks switches and servers. We don't have to figure out what is needed. What do you dislike about LogicMonitor? There is some complexity in the setup and permissions for monitoring equipment that could use clearer directions. "Good Tool for Monitoring"

What do you like best? Customization options and Dashboards for performance monitoring of the infrastructure. What do you dislike? Integration options with ticketing tools. I believe there should be more to that. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We monitor various matrices and performance of our Production devices. It is very accurate and provide variety of customization options.

What do you like best about LogicMonitor? The ability to drill down into the Infrastructure and Networking metrics in a simple user interface is a big selling point of the platform What do you dislike about LogicMonitor? The dependency mapping feature, whilst in its' infancy, is still clunky and requires more maturity. I use Azure Service Map for dependency mapping at this point in time but I hope to use LogicMonitor for this as a single pane of glass system. Recommendations to others ...

In my experience we were only able to purchase devices in packs of 100, meaning we can only go from 100 to 200 devices and not from 100 to 150 for example. What do you like best about LogicMonitor? Simplicity in the UI, and all bulk storage done in the cloud meaning the age old issue of bulky on-premise servers are no longer a bother. What do you dislike about LogicMonitor? Some features lack clarity initially, and the alerting could be improved and more easily customisable.
